Northwind Group, founded in 2008 by its Founder & Managing Partner Ran Eliasaf, is a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Manhattan that focuses on debt and equity investments in residential, commercial, senior-living and healthcare properties. Initially, Northwind was focused on the acquisition, development and management of assets that have been held for long duration by the same ownership, where it recognizes opportunity to implement various value-add strategies. In this capacity Northwind led investments in properties valued at over $2 billion, predominantly in NYC.
