Nourish Restaurants

The Nourish brand was set up by nutritionist David Stache, whose aim was to provide fast food with a conscience, combating the unhealthy convenience food relied upon by many. After partnering with chef Richard Pryor, and personal trainer, Ben Pryor, the three used their knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition to develop the concept, and the Nourish brand was born. The first Nourish restaurant opened in Sheffield on the 5th October 2013, with the Leeds restaurant following on the 6th July 2015. With a dedicated team of passionate staff at both sites, Nourish aims to make a positive influence on public health. Nourish also supply meal plans to customers, athletes, sportsmen and women, and people that simply want to improve their health.
