Nova Skills Association is composed by a group of students that attend Nova School of Business and Economics and who believe in Power Skills as a driving force of talent. We dedicate ourselves to raise awareness for the importance of Soft Skills while empowering our colleagues by giving them tools to develop critical thinking, incentivizing them to leave their comfort zones. The Association commits itself to offer a personalized training program in Soft Skills to every student and to proportionate an overall experience of self-development to its members
