NRM Serviced Apartments, the hospitality / tenancy management division of the NRM International group of companies commenced its operations in 2010. Our team, with its background in residential real estate, recognised the genuine need for fully furnished, managed and maintained property for foreign nationals coming to settle in India. We realised that the best solution would be to assume the role of the landlord for our clients, and manage all property related headaches on their behalf. This would afford our clients a hands-off, comfortable, living experience, and allows our guests the comfort, privacy and space of their own home, with the convenience and support of a hotel. For a fixed rent fee, our apartments come inclusive of bespoke furniture, utilities (internet, cable TV, water and gas) included and managed, services such as cleaning and linen change on a daily basis and maintenance support (electrician and plumber call-out service) whenever you need it
