NTSCORP operates primarily as a Native Title Service Provider in NSW and the ACT. Its core funding is provided by the Commonwealth Government through the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) in accordance with s203FE of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth). This funding allows the Company to provide services to Traditional Owners, specifically to assist them exercise their legal rights under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth)
