NUALS Moot Court Society

The NUALS MCS is the official body entrusted with managing and conducting mooting activities in the University. It features 2 student representatives from across five batches of the B.A.LL.B(Hons) course. The committee works under the supervision of a faculty coordinator. The Committee conducts an annual internal Moot Court Competition which serves as the basis for allocation of national moots to interested students. Challenger rounds are held for the purposes of international rounds. We also undertake activities to assist the students of the university in their preparation for the annual internal moot court competition and those happening outside the college. The objective is also furthered by holding workshops and orientation programmes primarily for the 1st year students to get acquainted with the fundamental nuances of mooting.
