NutriGreene is a Nutrition practice with three locations throughout CT. Our Dietitians are food and nutrition experts who have met the criteria to earn the RDN credential. It is our goal to help fine tune your personal nutrition. Whether you want to lose or gain weight, help prevent or treat a disease, tackle a food allergy or just want to learn how to eat healthy, NutriGreene will create an individualized meal plan to help you reach your goals. Our approach to a healthy lifestyle is to focus on the todo behaviors. Restricting food will just leave you craving foods and eating more. We focus on designing meal plans that include higher volume foods which will keep you full longer without added calories and fat. We pay particular attention to your lifestyle to ensure your menu plan is realistic.
