Make it Matter Our mission is to make the experience matter in everything we do, from intro camps to a two hundred team multi-day lacrosse tournament. The mission starts on whiteboards and spreadsheets. It starts with a game plan executed by MVPs at every level; from our assistant coaches to the CEO. Because what happens on the field can impact a child way beyond childhood. Its an enormous responsibility that we take very seriously. Because when you step off the field, all you truly take with you is the experience. We want that experience to matter. NXT differentiates itself in the youth sports market through the diversity of our products and year-round programming. Events NXT operates premier girls and boys lacrosse tournaments, leagues and recruiting events across the country.
