Our mission is to catalyze and equip youth and adults to explore, articulate, and pursue their purpose. We developed a research and evidence-based, four-phase, purpose development methodology called The Compass that serves as our learning standards: - Build My Community: fostering a sense of belonging - Know Myself: fostering a strong sense of self-awareness - Expand My Perspective: building on that strong sense of self by encouraging students to step outside of their comfort zones - Take Initiative: supporting students develop a sense of agency We offer training programs, and our purpose development curriculum to schools. We also directly implement programming with students both in and outside of school. Through our products and services, we have served high school students from over 50 district, charter, and private schools across the country.
