A Community Bank Since its inception, Oak Bank has become a good friend to Fitchburg and the surrounding communities. The annual Pumpkin Give-Away has already become a Dane County institution, having donated thousands of dollars to local charities. Oak Bank has become immersed in the Fitchburg community by involving itself with numerous events, projects, and sponsorships including the Fitchburg Farmers Market, support of the Fitchburg Police Department, Fitchburg Concerts in the Park, the Fitchburg Fire Department, Fitchburg Boys & Girls Club, Fitchburgs Bark in the Park, and Little League, to name just a few.
