Oak Park Healthcare Center is a 202 bed skilled nursing facility providing a variety of services ranging from 24-hour skilled nursing care, individualized therapies, Alzheimers/Dementia Care, Hospice Care, Respite Care. Oak Park Healthcare has Three floors of resident caring. The first floor is designed to meet the needs of residents with medical conditions, including our hospital step-down Medicare wing. The second floor is primarily designed to meet the needs of residents with Alzheimers, Dementias, and other psychiatric diagnoses who have skilled needs .
