Ocean Rail Logistics S.A., founded in 2017 in Piraeus,Greece has improved the existing railway transport channel to Central and Eastern Europe through the acquisition of the local Rail Operators and the investment in inland container terminals. In this way, Ocean Rail fills the gap on the Trans-European inland transport channel making her the first and only logistics rail service provider that can offer the entire route to Central Europe and Balkans via Piraeus gate. Ocean Rail is 100% subsidiary of COSCO Shipping Group owned by COSCO Shipping (Europe) Gmbh, by COSCO Shipping Lines (Europe) Gmbh and by PENAVICO & CL (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED (COSCO Shipping Logistics).
