Oceanpath was founded by the Ecock family in 1991 in, Howth, Co. Dublin. Since then, we have grown to become one of the largest seafood processors in Ireland. We supply fish to all major Irish retailers and food service as well as export. Our highly trained staff continue to adapt to an ever-changing market, and we invested heavily in the areas of quality management and a state-of-the-art traceability system. In 2006, Oceanpath acquired Dunns of Dublin and in 2020 Carr & Sons joined the Oceanpath group ,which enabled us to further diversify our products with the highlights being our delicious traditional smoked salmon and smoked mackerel. Dunns of Dublin is Irelands oldest fish company which was set up in 1822. Renowned worldwide for our smoked salmon, we now produce several varieties of both hot and cold smoked fish including Irish, organic, wild and farmed salmon.
