The Of Tov Group, Israels leading producer of high-quality poultry products, was established in 1963. The group comprises three fields of operation: Farming Division, Produce Division, and a food processing plant. The group is owned by the Jordan Valley kibbutzim and by the Maayanot Valley, as follows: 50% by Tzemach Assets Ltd. and 50% by Of Tov Holdings Agricultural Cooperative Association. Our story starts with farming-based industry, where dozens of chicken and poultry coops were built in the Jordan Valley and Maayanot Valley farms. Of Tovs Produce Division was established in 1963 by the farms of Jordan Valley and Maayanot Valley in order to tap the produce from coops in area kibbutzim. Today, the Farming Division is responsible for farming activity and provides veterinarian oversight and training to the farmers, while the Produce Division handles some 100,000 chicken and turkey items daily.
