Established on 1 June 1992, the Official Receivers Office performs various statutory duties relating to insolvency in Hong Kong. Our mission is to provide an insolvency service of high quality on par with international standards and to ensure that the relevant legislation is commensurate with the objective of keeping Hong Kong to the forefront as a major International Financial Centre. We endeavor to provide an efficient insolvency service to the public in an open and accountable manner in accordance with the performance standards and targets set.
