Ok Tedi Development Foundation

Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF) is a dynamic organisation that delivers projects to communities through a unique partnership between mining, the people and government of Papua New Guinea. OTDF is mandated to ensure the wise and sustainable use of the wealth created from mining operations for future generations; something everyone at OTDF takes very seriously. OTDF is a not-for-profit organisation, operating independently of Ok Tedi Mining Limited since 2010, and is a 100% owned Papua New Guinea company. We are led by a committed team who actively work alongside the 147,000 river residents of the Community Mine Continuation Agreement (CMCA) corridor, living in 158 villages throughout Western Province.
