Ole Smoky Moonshine is a local family business. Our whiskey is born in the fertile soil of East Tennessee farms where our corn is raised and then transported to our familys mill to be ground for Tennessees original moonshine. At the distillery, you can see the grains converted into the clear corn liquor this part of the country is famous for. Ole Smoky is the first federally licensed distillery in the history of East Tennessee. Currently, Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine nationally retails thirteen flavors of moonshine made using authentic East Tennessee recipes, jarred and shipped directly from the companys famed Gatlinburg distillery The Holler (Americas most visited distillery) and new location, the Ole Smoky Barn at The Island in Pigeon Forge.
