Young entrepreneur Dean Wilson set up his first modern Greek/Mediterranean style restaurant in St Annes in 2007 his Preston branch opened in 2014 followed closely by Chester in 2016 and Stockton Heath in 2018. In 2019 the restaurant secured a central Lytham location and the brand continues to thrive as traditional dishes are brought to life with their modern twists, served in stylish, contemporary surroundings
