We are a progressive police department made up of a diverse group of nearly a thousand men and women, sworn and non-sworn, who strive to keep Omaha a safe, family-friendly city. We believe in being responsive to our citizens and it is my belief there is a shared responsibility between the community and the police department to work together to reduce crime and improve the quality of life in our great city.
