On Broadway, Inc. (OBI) is a non-profit organization formed in 1995 through a grassroots effort to improve the Broadway District and create a vibrant downtown community. The Broadway District is boarded by Mather St. on the north, Mason Street on the south, Ashland Avenue on the west and the Fox River on the east.
