One Million Mentors

One Million Mentors mission is to transform the process of mentoring for all in the UK. Our ambition is to train, recruit and connect a million mentors to a million young people in order to increase youth employability, support social action and help break down social barriers. Become a mentor: Were looking for professionals or retired professionals to mentor a young person for one hour, once a month, for up to twelve months. Mentors are likely to have five years general working experience or two years post-graduate working experience. Locally meetings will be a mix of in-person and online for supporting young people 14-18yrs of age, and fully online engagement is possible to support young peoplee 18-25yrs of age, nationally.
