One to One - Women Coaching Women

The name One to One is a reminder that small investments can lead to big things. One to One - Women Coaching Women (OtO) provides meaningful, targeted support to women worldwide. OtO is an international, virtual, non-profit organization that provides between 4 to 26 weeks of personalized, professional, state-of-the-art pro-bono coaching exclusively to women who often dont have access to the powerful partnership of a life coach. Many of these women are caregivers of our wounded veterans. Others are women who are navigating an array of challenges presented by life, career, or the global pandemic. We believe that women are resilient and are always able to create stability, mobility and sustainable success. OtO exists to help each woman prioritize herself in these critical moments.
