MISSION: One Yoga improves health equity in our community through access to a broad range of teachings and practices of yoga. VISION: One Yoga breaks down social, cultural, and economic barriers to yoga. Our space is welcoming to all. HISTORY: One Yoga opened its doors in July 2002. In April 2005, seeing the need to make yoga and mindfulness practices more broadly accessible, a group of instructors took the initiative to apply for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
