Onel Builder Resources, Inc

Onel Builder Resources, also known as OBRI, is an established construction company that was organized and operational in 1992. It started when a Korean company hired its services that year for the structural design and construction of an 8-hectare factory building with offices and staff houses. In 1998, the company ventured into finishing works of high rise buildings. Its major project was when D.M. Consunji Inc. had a joint venture with Laing Construction and hired OBRI as its Finishing Contractor for Rockwell Residential Towers. In 1999, OBRIs services was hired by Rockwell Land Corporation for the fit-out and refurbishing of several units within the numerous buildings in Rockwell Residential Towers. Subsequently, some of the unit owners in the buildings decided to hire OBRI services for their units, as well as their houses and condo units, not only in Rockwell but in other places as well.
