Onitio is a recently established IT group, which is the result of a merger between the InfoCare Group and the former Visma companies; Exso AS, Value Retail Consulting AS and EssCom AB. Onitio Group is owned by the Norwegian investment company, Aars. Onitio is now a leader in the Nordics within the companys various business areas which aims to continue growing together with its partners and customers.
