Three years ago, I made a million dollar decision. I decided that I would QUIT selling personal training sessions. And that I would START focusing on selling Online Fitness coaching for $1,000 and up. That decision was the BEST I have ever made! Heres a few reasons why: 1) Selling personal training session packages creates overwhelm, especially if you are the one thats trading the hours for dollars. Sure its great to sell a package of 20 sessions, but the crappy part is that 20 hours of your life are exchanged for the payment of those sessions. Selling Online Fitness Coaching is a MUCH better value proposition. It is EASY and FUN to provide an excellent monthly service to 10 people paying you $1,000 each. Especially when you sell them an Online Membership site that automates the coaching for you. It is IMPOSSIBLE to leverage your time and energy when you have to perform 200 hours of physical labor worth of training while charging $50 dollars an hour. Either way...
