ookami is a new sports media startup based in Tokyo, focusing on bringing social, sports and new media technology to the community, by the community. We are currently building a social sports entertainments platform called Player!, where anyone can follow their favourite local to major teams in many sports categories, joining communities of fans and follow up on games in real time. Player! has been featured numerous times on the App Store such as Best New Apps, Great Apps & Games for iOS9 and awarded App Store Best of 2015. Weve also received Good Design Award 2016, an award from Japan Institute of Design Promotion, celebrating our platform for connecting sports, internet and design together. Player! can be accessed using the official iPhone app and the website.
