Open Door Rehabilitation Center

Our group homes provide a family atmosphere where four to eight individuals live together with 24-hour staff support. Each person has their own room, which they are encouraged to personalize. Open Door also utilizes a special dietician-directed meal program called My25. This program considers each persons health requirements and encourages individuals to help with meal preparation. We also offer assistance for individuals seeking intermittent support. These services are for people who live in their own home or apartment but also need help every now and then. Our staff develops personal relationships with the individuals we serve and offers services in all aspects of everyday living. Open Door is focused on opening doors and developing opportunities for all of our clients.
