Open Door Scotland

Open Door Scotland is a youth charity that works with some of West Lothians most vulnerable young people at risk of becoming homeless. Many may have been affected by family breakdown, have been physically, emotionally or sexually abused, have poor mental health or well-being, are socially isolated and will struggle to find or sustain employment due to lack of qualifications or experience. We provide a flexible visiting support service that actively promotes and encourages independent living. We aim to support young people in the short term, working towards sustainable housing solutions offering long term independent living and improved life chances. We help reduce youth homelessness and also assists young people to go on to fulfill their potential.
