Bringing together powerful footage and world-class science to enable everyone, everywhere, to tell the story of our changing planet. Were working with a global network of collaborators, filmmakers, organisations, scientists and local experts to share the major environmental issues facing our world, and the game-changing solutions and innovators aiding its recovery. All content featured in the Open Planet library is free to use for educational, environmental and impact storytelling. Open Planet is an independent Community Interest Company, also known as a social enterprise. It was created by Studio Silverback, award-winning filmmakers for impact, in partnership with Carnegie Mellon Universitys CREATE Lab, creators of interactive, data-driven stories about our planet using the EarthTime platform
