Open Signal: Portland Community Media Center

Open Signal is a nonprofit media arts center dedicated to helping Portland-area people tell their stories. Open Signal recently launched their summer 2017 classes, which put the power of the media in the hands of Portlanders by certifying students ages sixteen and up to borrow equipment for free from Open Signals media equipment library, which includes video production and animation equipment, cinema-quality cameras and more.
