Operation Jump Start

Since 1994, Operation Jump Start (OJS) has provided the comprehensive resources, structure and mentoring needed to enable youth in underserved communities to reach their potential through a college education. Its flagship program is the College Access Program whereby, starting in the 8th grade children receive individual mentoring, educational case-management, and developmentally-based workshops through 10th grade. OJS also provides enhanced support to high school upperclassmen and college students in the program called College Success.
