OPERON is a private Spanish company founded as a family business in 1973 engaged during the last 50 years in R&D innovation and manufacturing of In Vitro Diagnostics IVD. Active in the clinical diagnostics, in the veterinary field and in the food industry checking frauds in milk. The company is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13.485:2008 certified complying with cGMP . OPERON employs above 80 highly skilled and experienced people, 20 of them involved in R&D work. OPERON controls the whole added value chain of a new IVD test. Starting with the design of the raw materials, producing the kits and selling the IVD test to the end users through distributors or through its partners channels.
