Customize plan- We build a personalized strategy that is aligned with your career goals, and the time needed to get a job. 2. Visibility- We focus on applying the right way and getting our mentees visibility from hiring managers and recruiters. 3. Interview prep- We help our clients prep for all aspects of interviewing. Behavior, technical, and everything in between. Our program is paid by performance, which means that our clients pay once they are successful and start their first job.
