Optimal Spine was founded in 2004 and Sports Dimensions was founded the same year. The two founders Mikael Porath Petersen and Mike Antoniades had the same goal: create a sustainable treatment model that puts the patient in the centre through state of the art treatment, education and exercises. in June 2016 Optimal Spine and Sport Dimemnsions became one company with three clinics across London. Each clinic offer chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Deep tissue/ Sports massage alongside in-house active rehabilitation purpose build posture and re-hab centres. Each Clinic is equipped with digital x-rays and offers fourth nightly complimentary patient education events such as posture classes. Optimal Spine and Sport Dimensions offers an exstensive outreach program, every week we are involved in several school, company and NHS events where we do extensive talks on subjects such as posture, injury prevention and training.
