Optimum Care, Optimum Nurse and MD Healthcare are part of the Optimum Care Group of companies. Optimum Care Group was established by Paul and Lesley Megarity in 1993 and since then the organisation has diversified and developed into one of the leading Health and Social Care organisations in Northern Ireland. Our activities are regulated by the Regulation Quality and Improvement Authority. We have a broad range of services, from provision of nursing and domiciliary care, provided under the name Optimum Care, through to high-quality nursing and residential care provided in comfortable, attractive, purpose-built care homes by our sister company MD Healthcare.
