OR Movement

OR Movement was founded in 2002 with the goal of advancing the State of Israel through the development of the Negev and the Galilee. One of ORs main programs is Israel 2048 vision, which OR Movement is leading with hundreds of partners from all sectors, the visions main objective is to turn the Negev & Galilee into independent, thriving economic centers, drawing residents & businesses from all parts of the of the country, serving as a national growth engine. As part of the 2048 vision, the Equitable Cities program begun in April 2019 as a joint national project of OR Movement, government ministries & local municipalities. The programs goal is to reduce the gaps between development cities and cities in Central Israel and to serve as a broad platform for economic & community growth, urban planning & the rebranding of each city in order to attract businesses & new residents.
