Orange Children & Parents Together, a nonprofit organization established in 1967, is committed to providing family-friendly, community-based programs that enhance childrens growth, strengthen families, and foster healthy communities. Orange Children & Parents Together has served over 23,500 at-risk preschool children since 1967. OCPT grew out of the Head Start Programs launched in 1965 as part of the War on Poverty.
