History We are ORCA Service Technologies: just so you know, we are not your regular software firm. Our organization started as an IT Business Unit of a facility service provider specialised in Commercial Kitchen Maintenance. We have learned from practical experience, by rolling our sleeves up and working with people from the field. Over time we have developed revolutionary bespoke field service and facility service software solutions for this firm. Spark One of our Facility Management customers once mentioned to us: If ALL my subcontractors would provide this level of transparent reporting as your customer portal does, my life would be a whole lot easier! This comment combined with countless others gave us the idea to share our software suite with other service providers in the market.
