Orchestre classique de Montreal

The Orchestre classique de Montreal (OCM) is in its 83rd season as a professional ensemble. The orchestra has toured widely, presenting concerts in 17 countries on five continents to great critical acclaim. The OCM has recorded extensively for CBC Records, ATMA and Analekta, and has appeared regularly on radio and television for CBC and Radio-Canada. Boris Brott, eldest son of Alexander, was the orchestras artistic director from 2005 to 2022. Today the OCM is one of the oldest and most renowned ensembles in Canada which is now in residence at Montreals beautiful Salle Pierre-Mercure of the Centre Pierre-Peladeau. Believing strongly in music education, the OCM also presents a series of youth concerts.
