Origin Gluten-Free Bakery Ltd

We are a 100% gluten-free bakery, with a wide range of classic bakery options from breads to eclairs. Since 2009 we have opened 2 locations in Victoria BC, and currently employee 25 staff. The gluten-free diet is essential to celiacs, but has become something else to many others - a fad, a health trend, a joke, a controversy. The baked goods usually cost more and taste worse than their traditional counterparts! What needs to be clear is that a single crumb of gluten can make a celiac sick, so no, they are not being high maintenance by asking if you use separate utensils to make their meal. The celiac community is estimated to be about 1% of the population, and our growing customer demographic also includes those with gluten intolerance, wheat sensitivity, and other health conditions such as autoimmune disease.
