Workload and Wellbeing New staff to the academy are all offered a mentor from existing staff to touch base with and ask all those questions youre not quite sure how to ask on your first day. We provide annual flu vaccinations for all academy staff, have a flexible and generous approach to family appointments and childrens events, are part of the childcare voucher scheme, have a free counselling service available to everyone and scheduled wellbeing weeks and days where we encourage all staff to leave site early to do something that makes them happy.
