Oscar and Jennifer Flynn opened their flagship Concord Oscar Giovanni Salon & Spa in 2005 followed by a boutique-inspired location in the historic downtown Chagrin Falls in 2017. Prior to taking the owner-plunge in 2005, Oscar and Jennifer worked as hairdressers at upscale Northeast Ohio salons. Having established each of their respective clienteles and garnering some well-deserved buzz, the next step in their careers became obvious: share their passion and vision with like-minded creatives.
