We provide our clients with a genuinely independent service that puts them in the driving seat on domestic retrofit projects. Our goal is to get projects shovel-ready leaving the client in a position to appoint a design and install team to deliver on the plans we create. Osmosis ACD is a joint-venture between Osmosis Strategic Consulting and Sciana Systems both leaders in their field. We draw upon decades of expertise and share a vision of delivering best practice approaches to support high quality retrofit in social housing. The Managed ACE Model Osmosis ACD was created to meet demand from social landlords for a genuinely impartial service upstream of the conflicts of interest that arise from appointing installers to carry out the assessment and coordination of retrofit projects.
