Our Hospice of South Central Indiana

Our Hospice of South Central Indiana is a not-for-profit community-based organization. Since 1980 Our Hospice has served communities in southern Indiana. Three offices located in Columbus, Greensburg, and North Vernon cover a 16 county area. We provide a family-centered team approach to help people with a life-limiting illness manage their symptoms, live fully and keep control over their lives. Our Hospice is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and is a licensed provider of Our Hospice services in the state of Indiana. In January 2004, the new Hospice Center Inpatient Facility located in Columbus, Indiana opened. This center houses the Inpatient Facility and is the administrative hub for the 16-county service area. There are 14 private patient rooms, 2 family rooms, a family dining room, playroom, library, chapel, and gift shop.
