Our Place of New Trier Township

The mission of Our Place of New Trier Township is to support teens and adults with developmental disabilities so that they can live meaningful, productive, socially connective lives in their home community. The primary goal is to ensure that participants develop the skills and gain the experiences they need to live independently, as fully engaged citizens. We base our programs from a church community center in the heart of Wilmette, but our real program site is the community, with over 70% of activities are offered in community centers, alongside local residents
