ODL addresses the chronic disease of substance use disorder and the opioid public health crisis. The organization has been on the front-lines of the opioid epidemic since 2014 designing and deploying programs and initiatives and serving as a statewide non-governmental subject matter expert addressing the opioid public health crisis.
