Launched in the year 1999 as Ozone Systems, its first showroom in Kanjirappally was a computer assembly unit. As an upgrade, Ozone Systems started a wholesale distribution of IT Peripherals in their new showroom at Kottayam. With the evolution of laptops and an influx of IT industries, Oxygen came into being with the aim of providing the latest tech to the people across Kerala. By the time smartphones gained popularity, Oxygen already had established multiple retail showrooms which played a pivotal role in providing the people of Kerala with national and international brands of smartphones.
