The goals of Pacific Associates are to: 1) Help employers connect with qualified applicants who will become valuable members of their workforce. 2) Help job seekers find meaningful work. 3) Help unemployed and employed individuals enhance their career options and earning potential through further training. For 30 years Pacific Assoc has provided unemployed & employed job seekers with career development services for job search, career counseling, job placement, employer connections, skill development, and access to job training funds. Much of our work comes from our strong partnership with WorkSource, for which we provide these services to customers of the WorkSource Seattle-King County one-stop employment & training system. Our career counselors also provide our career development services to non-WorkSource customers through a variety of publicly and privately funded workforce development programs and outplacement contracts.
