Paddington Arts

Paddington Arts was formed in 1988 is a Youth Arts organisation committed to developing talent and creativity in the community. We encourage young people to use the arts for self-expression and career development. The values at the heart of our work are access, excellence, education and fun. We run workshops in Dance, Drama, Martial Arts, Video, Radio Production, Singing and Design and produce original work for stage and screen. For local young people, many of whom will use the project, its workshops and activities all the way through from 6 years old to 16 plus. Our workshop approach has proved its success in enhancing life skills and developing talent and leadership abilities from the youngest age group upwards. For older users we offer careers advice and guidance, including a network of referrals to potential employers and colleges and unique opportunities to work with professional artists, Choreographers, Theatre and Television Directors, Theatre Designers, Costume Designers...
